WELCOME TO RUBEN & SABRINA-WEEKEND WITH TANGO ABRAZO!

It is with great pleasure we welcome Ruben & Sabrina for a tango weekend with courses and show in Bergen! Registration in couples. We offer three seminars, with three different levels. Each seminar consist of two classes.

ALL LEVELS – CONCIOUS TANGO: 

Functionality of the corporal axis and correct utilization of the energy. Conscious postural reeducation, domain of the muscular tension, decompression and elasticity of the articulations. Sensitive practice and communication in the couple . Connection, freedom and flexibility in the embrace.

INTERMEDIATE SEMINAR:

Walking well: Step structure, movement of corporal axis and how to use the standing and free leg. Dissociation and pivot: Concept, technique and application in simple and complex movements.

ADVANCED SEMINAR:

Giro: Individual technique and how to work as a team with the partner to maintain the energy and achieve comfort in the ornaments.
