Each class will build upon the previous class and will explore our best secrets and technique tips that you can apply to all your tango movements. Possible themes included are Posture, Embrace, Spiral Technique, Pivots and Turns. Please register with a partner as we will do both solo and partner exercises.

With useful exercises and imagery, precise technical explanations and body mechanics, and an open flow of energy and ideas, they aim to find freedom and pleasure in movement and expression.

They have a profound understanding of movement from studying Gyrotonic®, Feldenkrais®, contact improvisation, classical and ballroom dancing. The workshop will be held at Ny Krohnborg school from 13th to 15th of february.

Milongas are held at the Tango Abrazo club on saturday (21 – 02) and sunday (19 – 22) at Jekteviken 5, 5811, Bergen. See map here
